Business Development Manager
Location: Germany / Home Office

Your challenges:
  • Developing new customer networks and maintaining regular connections with customers.
  • Implementation of agreed contracts and sales budgets.
  • Consulting in the selection of strategies and development of served clients,
  • Implementation of growth strategy focused on financial profits as well as satisfied customers.
  • Customer acquisition and preparation of offers and proposals for technical solutions.
  • Cooperation with the internal application department in the area of application development individually tailored to customer needs.
  • Conducting sales presentations and meetings, negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
  • Ability and availability to carry out business travel contracts. 

Your knowledge & skills:
  • Higher technical education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and technical solutions sales.
  • Knowledge of the market and customers in the area of ​​production logistics and / or intralogistics.
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager is an asset. ▪ Experience in cooperation with end customer and OEM partners.
  • The ability manage time and multitask.
  • Fluent in spoken and written German.
  • Good command of English.
  • Readiness for frequent business trips (about 50% of the time, mainly through the territory of Northern Germany).
  • Practical knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, negotiations.  
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Action orientation and achieving the set goals.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and for a team.
